Using our experience and skills we will lead your staff to incite change from within your organization, and guide the energy of your team. The skills we teach in these workshops will not only help your organization become more creative problem solvers, it will allow your staff to adapt these tools across the departments and to facillitate these sessions from within. We use our creative energy to embed innovation into your organization by running educational design thinking and brainstorming sessions. The results are self motivated and creative employees who will view their daily challenges differently, and can continue to utilize the tools we have taught long after the training sessions are over.
Syllabus development and teaching
In addition to teaching others the fundamentals of design thinking, we are happy to provide our services to assist you in your mission to teach others as well. We have experience developing educational programs as powerful tools, as well as creating curricula around design, creative problem solving, architecture, entrepreneurship, and other creative disciplines. Additionally, we can develop guidelines or training programs for educating internally within your organization, and we can work with you to develop a system and instructions that will ease your volunteer and staff training.
